FAQs

  • Pilates is great for beginners! We recommend one of the two following routes:

    1) Try our beginner level classes. You will be introduced to the Pilates reformer or tower, basic movements and more. Check out our latest intro specials here.

    2) For a more personalized introduction, request private session(s). This is especially best if you’d like to discuss any injuries, modifications or concerns you might have. Note: we do not require private sessions before group classes!

  • First, you’ll want to review our class purchasing options. Once you’ve chosen a purchasing option, book your class(es) right here through our website!

  • We recommend filling out THIS FORM if you’d like weekly recurring private sessions.

If you’re just interested in a random private or two, you’re more than welcome to self book HERE with the understanding that the slot may not be available for ongoing weekly sessions!

Please consider that our instructors are typically very busy but we will do our best to find a slot for you!

  • We do! Both, in fact. See our class pricing menu here!

  • No, we do not! Our beginner classes are appropriate for anyone starting out their pilates journey.

This is the exception: If you have major physical or structural impairments, we ask that you start with Private Sessions and work up to group classes!

  • For women: Athletic wear! Leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks etc…

For men: Athletic shorts with a liner, leggings, athletic pants, athletic tops

  • There is free 2 hour parking directly in front of the Hayes Barton Shops and free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. We recommend arriving early to find a spot and not feel rushed to get to class!
