Diana fell in love with Pilates instantly. After years of experiencing different workout formats, Pilates lit her brain up in ways that made her feel more connected to her body and stronger than ever. It quickly became her mission to help others discover the same. Since earning her Balanced Body Comprehensive Certification in 2018, Diana has studied what's considered classical Pilates with master trainers all over the U.S. and New Zealand. Her latest continuing education included more detailed anatomy and kinesiology training under the Somaphyx® Pilates Pro Mentorship program with completion in March 2024.
Describing her teaching style as a mix of intelligence, intensity, and release that follows a traditional Pilates flow, Diana hopes every class leaves you feeling reenergized and inspired to keep moving in all your favorite ways.
