Balanced Body CPT, Certified Yoga Instructor, 500 YTT

Mik has always craved to find a deeper understanding and connection with her own body and the other bodies that inhabit the world around her. This sparked with years of competitive athletics, training, injuries, diagnoses, recoveries and just being witness of the ability and anti-fragility of human body. She discovered the natural power of mindful movement of our physical bodies and the profound therapeutic link it has to our emotional, mental, and physical healing.

Mik trained under Melissa Kakavas for her Balanced Body Comprehensive training along with her 500 hour yoga training and ongoing training in Postural Restoration and NeuroAnatomy with Celeste Pereira, Body Mechanics with Matt Phippen.

She hopes that whether in class or private you experience pilate’s whole body movement, rooted in a place of stability and experienced from the beauty of curiosity.
